Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We currently ship to domestic (U.S.) addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are not free—customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A prepaid return label can be provided upon request, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
     

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, custom pieces, earrings, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
